TRIM FOR A PERFECT FIT: Our smart shoe insoles for women and men are available in S (UK 3.5 -7.5) and L (UK 7-12). Simply measure your foot against the gel insole and trim along the marked lines with scissors to get the perfect fit for your feet.

Replace the insoles every six months or when showing signs of wear.
