Replace insoles after 6 months upon visible signs of wear. If discomfort or rubbing occurs stop use. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention. Do not use in contact with broken or irritated skin. Adding or replacing components of certified shoes may affect the certification.
1. Trim the insole to fit your shoe using the marked lines and scissors.
2. Insert the insole into your shoe with the cloth side up.
3. Replace the insoles every 6 months or sooner if showing signs of wear.
